By using the Searchword facility within the Everyday account one2onetracker can assemble all objectives, milestones, discussions and actions associated with the Searchword from within the organisation, team, location or individual.

For example if there is a strategic objective to create a new service or product this initiative is given a unique Tag word. This word is put into the SearchWord box that comes with every objective.

Reports can then be run on that Searchword, that will show individual performance and progress against the organisations strategic objectives.
