These are job responsibility objectives that appear in every one2one review until archived by the line manager. For example one of your responsibilities could be “To support and develop members of the Graduate Training Program.” By having this as a constant agenda item it remains in focus.
A level of importance, 1 to 5 can be set for the objective together with the ability to plot progress.
There is the opportunity to support this objective by recording “Success Indicators and Measurement Criteria” together with “Key Skills and Behaviours Required”

A unique Tag word is created centrally to identifying a specific organisation wide strategic objective; or an annual initiative. There is no limit to how many Tag words can be created.
Every Permanent or Timed objective in the system has a Searchword box next to it where Line Managers can insert the agreed Tag word that identifies the objective as one that aligns with an specific strategic objective; or an annual initiative
Line Managers at all levels within an organisation can then test, validate and run reports that evidences individual objective are being set that genuinely align with organisation wide objectives set by Senior Management.
