Record Management

  1. Everybody logs into the Management area with their unique user name; usually initials and surname, and their password.
  2. Objectives, both Permanent and Timed; have filters for Operational Task and Personal Development.
  3. All objectives and agenda items can be entered on a team member’s record by themselves or their Team Leader.
  4. Notes can be used as free text additions to the structured content throughout the record
  5. Both Notes and Completed objectives can be filed out of the live records and retrieved back if required.
  6. Bespoke agendas can be proposed and agreed in advance of the one2one review.
  7. When the one2one meeting takes place agreed outcomes are entered onto the system
  8. The meeting output record is sent to the team member for approval, and when given, together with the team leaders appoval; allows the next one2one to be set up.
  9. Reports can be then run to identify what is going on within the organisation.
  10. An optional Appraisal module is also available for annual reviews
