Account Management

The Account Manager is uniquely responsible for:-

  1. Accessing from the web in the first instance and providing the information necessary for one2onetracker to open the account.
  2. Selecting the unique URL for the account.
  3. Selecting or Upgrading the Account Type
  4. one2onetracker is a Prepayment Pay As You Go Service. It is the Account Mangers responsibility to place the initial funds in the account and ensure the account fund is topped up at regular intervals. This can be achieved by Credit Card, BACS or Standing Order, or international payment.
  5. Appointing and Changing the Administrators
  6. Appointing a replacement Account Manager
  7. Receiving all account communications from one2one tracker.com
  8. Closing the account

They can:-

  1. View the organisations account details on a dashboard
  2. Manage the administrator accounts: add additional administrators, edit, delete, disable, view individual administrator log
  3. View a full amalgamated log that tracks all administrator actions within the system.
  4. View historical transactions applied to the account, both Invoice credits and automated debits.
  5. View and print invoices and statements
  6. View debit calculation history
  7. Change the login password
