Overview

one2onetracker is a prepayment pay as go subscription service; like a mobile phone account. After an initial deposit the account is regularly topped up to maintain service; payment is made by Debit or Credit card. If you are a UK based organisation payment can also be made through BACS and Standing Order. If you are not UK based payment can be made by "Swift" transfer.

Every month the system counts how many active and dormant records you are using, calculates the total cost and takes it from your account. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to maintain adequate funds in their account to ensure service is maintained.

Should you ever decide to close your account you will only pay for the month during which cancellation took place. Any funds left in your account at that month end will be returned to you in 10 working days.

The system has 4 component parts, Account Management; Record Administration: Record Management. Appraisals

There are 2 versions Basic and Everyday with a Searchword facility.
