Record administration

Administrators load the system by direct entry or Employee’s data imported from existing systems by Excel ​or CSV files.

Common discussion points to be asked at every employee's one2one review and every appraisal are also entered by the Administrator.

Following initial system set up; Administrators, approve Tag Word requests from managers, can reopen closed record for amendments to be made; and run reports.

Closed records can be re-opened by Administrators with mutual agreement of both team leader and team member
Administrators have no access to Records Management and therefore cannot read any employee content.
