Timed Objectives

• Timed Objectives;
  There of two groups; Operational Task and Personal.

Operational Task

These are the objectives that have to be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timed. They have a clear beginning, middle and end.

The system asks that you set a completion date for the objective and every time you log in it will tell you how many days remain for the work to be completed in.

If the deadline is changed the system allows you to mark the record accordingly.

Once the objective is set up, milestone dates can be created; together with an opportunity to record the actions necessary to achieve that milestone.

A level of importance, 1 to 5 can be set for the objective together with the ability to plot progress

There is the opportunity to support this objective by recording “Success Indicators and Measurement Criteria” together with “Key Skills and Behaviours Required”

Personal

Provides all of the functionally found in Operation Tasks but allows discussions concerning SMART personal objectives that have been agreed for learning and development, behaviours, attitudes, and interpersonal skills improvement
