Permanent Objectives

  • Permanent Objectives;
    There of two groups; Operational Task and Personal. They are generally activities that can be found in your job description.

Operational Task

These are job responsibility objectives that appear in every one2one review until archived by the line manager. For example one of your responsibilities could be “To support and develop members of the Graduate Training Program.” By having this as a constant agenda item it remains in focus.

A level of importance, 1 to 5 can be set for the objective together with the ability to plot progress.

There is the opportunity to support this objective by recording “Success Indicators and Measurement Criteria” together with “Key Skills and Behaviours Required”

Personal

Provides all of the functionally found in Operation Tasks but allows regular general discussions concerning learning and development, behaviours, attitudes, and interpersonal skills to be separated from task and targets.
